ESL maintains an ongoing Patient Satisfaction Audit. This includes questions about communication and the quality of nursing and medical care received. We also ask questions about the standard of accommodation, the available facilities and other key factors associated with a patient's episode of care. It is important for ESL to gain as much feedback as possible, whether negative or positive, to allow us to constantly evaluate and update our service. Through listening to feedback ESL ensures a continuous, high quality service that meets and exceeds commissioner, provider and patient expectation.

We understand that some patients may not want to complete the satisfaction survey, or they may not have the time to. In this case patients may prefer to contact us with general feedback about their care by telephone, email or post.
